About Barbara

BBergeronRGBBarbara Bergeron is a nationally recognized productivity expert, trainer and keynote speaker. In workplaces filled with disruption and ever-changing priorities, she teaches executives, leaders, and teams, how to blend the power of the brain with tested productivity strategies to reach the highest levels of performance.

After 20+ years teaching professionals to be more effective, she noticed that dramatic changes in the workplace have outpaced how we tackle our work. In search of new strategies, Barbara took a deep dive into the connections between neuroscience research and our work habits. The result is WorkAgility, a 21st century program to bring focus and energy to our achievements and contributions.

Barbara’s customized solutions for clients large and small, cut both costs and stress. She has partnered with a wide range of organizations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies and American Lawyer 100 firms. As a result, one such client, ConAgra Foods [link to case study] estimated productivity gains of at least a $1 million.

A long time member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, she served two terms on it’s national board of directors while headquartered in Chicago, IL.

“…helped us devise a comprehensive productivity strategy…designed specifically around the issues our employees were facing…the change was not only a good economic decision—we very conservatively estimate a minimum of a $1 million in productivity gains for our employees—it was a terrific business decision.”
– David Dart, Human Resources, ConAgra Foods
